Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts by the same individual will be voided in their entirety.

4.4 Legal Capacity

5.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact details. 5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately.

5.3 Account Currency

7.2 Minimum Deposit

7.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the successful completion of KYC verification and the fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements. 8.1 General Bonus Conditions

8.2 Wagering Requirements

For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in total qualifying wagers before a withdrawal can be processed. 8.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all game types contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's specific terms, the following general contribution rates apply:

8.4 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus

Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winings without prior notice.

8.5 Refer a Friend Programme

Players who participate in the Refer a Friend programme agree to share their unique referral code only with individuals who are genuinely interested in registering on the Platform and who meet all eligibility requirements. Automated referal generation, the use of referral codes on publicly accessible discount or cashback aggregator websites, or any other mass-distribution method is prohibited and constitutes grounds for disqualification from the programme and Account review.

Live in-play bets are binding once accepted by the Platform's system. bet22win reserves the right to void bets on events where technical errors, manifest pricing errors, or event cancellations have occurred.

9.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games are provided by third-party game providers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-term payout rate and is not guarantee of individual session outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system.

9.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure during a game or wagering session, bet22win will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session state from available logs and resolve the matter fairly. bet22win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
• Confirmed underage access or registration.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player or their financial institution.
• Reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being operated by a person other than the registered Account holder.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the Account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. Where a suspension is confirmed as justified, any balance may be forfeited in whole or in part subject to the circumstances and applicable regulatory requirements. Where an Account is closed at the Player's request without any breach of these Terms, the remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications to alert them when a pre-set session duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary account restriction of24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which deposits and gameplay are suspended.
